Return Policy

 

• If you wish to make changes to a recent order, email laj@thewaronnothing.com within 24 hours.

 

• Any requests for changes to an order after 24 hours aren’t guaranteed but best efforts to accomodate the change will be attempted.

 

• If you’d like to return or exchange your purchase email laj@thewaronnothing.com.

 

• Items returned within 14 days of being received by the customer can qualify for a full refund, less the original cost of shipping, as long as they are unworn, in their original condition, and all tags are still attached.

• Shipping costs for returns will be the customer’s responsibility unless there was a shipment mistake made by War On Nothing or damage to item(s) during transit to the customer. 

​

• Items purchased as Christmas gifts can be returned or exchanged if sent back by January 10th of the following year. ​

 

• Items returned to War On Nothing that do not qualify for a refund due to damages can be returned to the customer. Costs of shipping items back to the customer in this scenario are the responsibility of the customer and can be paid through e-transfer. 

 

• Refunds will not be issued for returns sent to the wrong address or lost/damaged during shipment back to War On Nothing. 

 

• If you experience any dissatisfaction with your War On Nothing garments please email laj@thewaronnothing.com 

 

Shipping

 

• Items are shipped within 5 days of being ordered through Canada Post.  

• Depending on your location, Canada Post takes approximately 3-7 days for parcels to arrive at their destination. 

• War On Nothing currently ships within Canada, but hopes to expand internationally in the future.  If you reside outside of Canada, email laj@thewaronnothing.com as arrangements might be made for special orders

• Regular shipping is offered at this time.
