Return Policy

 

• If you wish to make changes to a recent order, please email me within 24 hours at laj@thewaronnothing.com 

 

• Any requests for changes to an order after 24 hours aren’t guaranteed but I’ll do my best to accommodate changes if I can. 

 

• It’s important you’re happy with your purchase.  If you’d like to return or exchange your purchase, please contact me at laj@thewaronnothing.com 

 

• Items returned to me within 14 days of being received by you can qualify for a full refund as long as they are unworn, in their original condition, and all tags are still attached.  Items purchased as Christmas gifts can be returned or exchanged if sent back by January 10th of that Christmas' following year. 

 

• Shipping costs for returns will be the customer’s responsibility unless there was a mistake made by me or damage to your item(s) during transit. 

 

• Items that don’t qualify for a refund due to damages can be returned to the customer. Costs of shipping items back to the customer in this scenario will be the responsibility of the customer and can be paid through e-transfer. 

 

• Refunds will not be issued for returns sent to the wrong address or lost/damaged during shipment back to War On Nothing. 

 

• If you experience any dissatisfaction with your War On Nothing garments please don’t hesitate to email me at laj@thewaronnothing.com 

 

Shipping

 

• Items are shipped within 4 days of being ordered through Canada Post.  

• Depending on your location, Canada Post takes approximately 3-7 days for parcels to arrive at their destination. 

• Currently I am only shipping within Canada, but hope to expand internationally in the near future.  If you reside outside of Canada, email me at laj@thewaronnothing.com and I’ll see what I can do. 

• Regular shipping is offered at this time.

• Due to Covid-19, unexpected delays may occur due to material delays and delays through Canada Post.
